They disperse their spores when a slug or bug eats them open
So without feeders they could not reproduce?
When they got old and started to breakdown they will also release their spores, but they aren’t like a puff ball where they eject their spores

I’m gonna have about 60 plants in 1 garden I’ve planned it all out, my other garden bed still has lots of left overs from winter
I had also tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, potatoes, physalis, zucchini, pumpkins etc.
I have no room for pumpkins, they take too much space, I grew gourds a couple years ago and that took over my whole garden 🤣
