The denomination where they teach from the Holy Bible, where Christ is the Savior, where no idolatry is practiced, and where the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one in three forms.
Look for Christ oriented church.
Christian denominations are simply religious groups. Catholics, Protestants, Eastern Orthodox, non-denominational churches the list goes on…… But ultimately, what matters is not just attending a particular church but truly believing in Christ as your Savior. It makes no difference if you go to a Protestant church yet don’t accept Christ, or if you follow Catholicism but place your faith in saints rather than in Jesus Himself.
Faith in Christ is what truly defines a Christian, not just the denomination they belong to. All the best with your search.

I have not read the Book of Enoch since it is not mentioned in the Bible, so I have no knowledge of it.
Anything which is not mentioned in the Bible itself, I wouldn’t believe and is misleading.

If someone insists on propagating baseless claims about Christianity such as the erroneous notion that Adam had more than one wife then I would find no more suitable response.
It is evident that many are more predisposed to contentious debate than to have genuine theological inquiry or a sincere reading of Scripture.
I encourage you to pray over it and seek guidance from a wise elder in the church. I truly hope things get better for you.
