I’m do arms again when I hit back. Well I’ll 2 movements for Bis and 2 for tris… I don’t completely kill them.
I do lol them on Fridays or Saturday. I hit calves everyday almost.
I try to hit calves everyday before my workout. Calf raises 3-4 sets until failure every time.
