Every month we accumulate a certain numbers of hours of both holidays and paid leave, which are slightly different (some you have to use before a certain date and you’re more free to take them when you need)
But like you have to agree with your manager or whoever that the days are alright for both
Which is why I have colleagues with 1000s of hours of holidays left to use
