The biological hasn’t contacted since 2023

He just decided he didn’t want his son anymore I guess because I haven’t heard from him but I was trying to get him to do a legal custody but wouldn’t ever want to go the legal route and he already threatened not to give him back to me more than once. He justfell off. Which is fine because he hurt me physically ALOT and also emotionally. I have ptsd from him
