If you can only make 3 days look at lean gains reverse pyramid training was a game charger for me
I'm a big advocate of reverse pyramid training you can still take the method and put it into 4 or 5 days if your smart it's quite intense so only do it for 1-2 exercises a day
The rest of workout i really enjoy rir which is reps in reverse for isolation exercises ill just grab a weight and go for reps until I have about 3 or 4 left In me and carry on from there adjust weight depending on how many reps you getting
The premise is with 3x12 or straight sets the weight is too easy on the first set and possibly too hard on the last, first set is to easy so worthless, second set is probably the perfect one you will have 3-4 reps left and last one is probably too heavy
