i measure intelligence with one of those hammers they use to test your reflexes
i measure intelligence by emotional maturity
It's purely emotional intelligence, part of the intelligence we have, there are other parts (:
i think this is widely known, but anecdotally the smartest people i've known have also been very mindful and empathetic
Of course, emotional intelligence is very visible in smart people. They are aware of themselves and their environment, but it's not only that, much more, in my opinion the greatest wisdom I've come to is, to understand the more I know, the more I realize how much I know nothing
again yes i agree there are other factors that are big in intelligence as it can't be measured by one thing lol, was just pointing out something in particular i've noticed <3
Look, if you look inside, you will understand something else about smart people, they are very manipulative, and do a lot of phenopolization, because it is something that is invisible to the eye and can easily control people (<3
some do yeah. it's easy to spot though. those who i find truly intelligent don't need to manipulate though, they're smart enough to figure out how to either do it themselves or actually build real connections that would be helpful
Here you are wrong, manipulations are part of everything in our lives, and it is a must to do them in order to succeed in life or in anything. If you want, try to read the book 48 Laws of Power, you will understand, but smart people work (:
yeah i get everyone does it, but to imply that "smart" people just all do that intentionally is objectively untrue... good convo though, thanks for the food for thought
Smart people are also at the same time people that it is better to take a step back from, no matter how nice it is to be around them, if you just try to be on their best side, in the end you will be their slave
