Tbh I think the trans debate (when there really shouldn’t be one) should be ignored, I know it’s best to stand up for the marginalised but in this moment this is being used as a distraction tactic so we’re less likely to see other major issues happening
And that’s happening even in this group
Anyone coming in here angry at trans people aren’t really angry at trans people over all, it’s pulling wool over our eyes while Musk is digging around extremely sensitive data and Trump is siphoning off money to himself and interested parties
I mean every time I come in here it’s about trans people and their rights, not saying it isn’t important, I’ve given my fair share of rebuttals to bigots while being in here, but there is other stuff going on
Atm there hasbeen so much absolutely mental craziness coming out left right and centre, Trump’s administration selections, the trans executive orders, tariffs on allies, annexing Canada, Greenland, dispersing Palestinians. All of that just seems like big distractions for the biggest heist ever
Why do you assume people voted democrat if they don’t like Trump, or even if they voted at all? Turnout was low af and people didn’t like either side’s position on key delicate areas
You’re allowed to criticise Trump and his administration too you know, if you honestly think that absolutely everything they’re doing it fantastic and you don’t see even a tiny thing wrong then you’re in a cult, and that’s why people can’t take you seriously
I mean a lot of democrat voters didn’t agree with their stance on the Middle East conflict and caused a good portion of voters to sit this one out, but they are able to criticise their government even if they voted for them, why can’t these guys when clearly some things are openly awry?
At the moment I can’t think of a single thing he’s done right and you’re justified to cry TDS because of that, but if he’s able to stop the war in Ukraine and negotiate a good deal for Ukrainians then I’ll stand back and say well done
