I had a pretty mild case imo but I was super sick and ended up with permanent damage to my lungs

I used to be a long distance runner not I can't even run 50meters

I still have no sense of smell 😬

Nah tbh only thing that made a difference was I know it was caused by covid but not alot else can be done

I was still wearing a mask but touching people's faces and being right up to them I guess I must of touched my face without the mask or something 😅
