Today is cardio day. I’m gonna start with 3 sets of pull ups and pushups. Than hit the treadmill

I met this girl during basic training. She said she liked me and we kept talking after we graduated. But.. all of a sudden things changed.

She ended up going to a different state then me and she’s very pretty and gets a lot of attention and I think she may have lost interest

She would call me her gf and make lil jokes about becoming my wife and say how she can’t wait to see me again, and then now, she became dry with me and I haven’t heard from her for two days now

I got really heart broken in the past and said I would never fall for another girl again
