Let me tell this much of what you donât even know about me well enough to even say this..I already do work out at the gym, I have tried other alternatives like phentermine, diuretics, changed out diet, worked my ass off in the gym for weeks and month on end, however itâs been back and forth. For one I had a child so yeah thatâs put on weight thatâs hard to take off, plus having anxiety and depression, I worked in nursing for 10 years if I didnât know or have any idea what the side effects are I am not going to take something I have no absolute knowledge of. So another fun fact Iâve been doing this dieting and exercise this since I was 16 years old to now.

Taking phentermine is a lot worse than taking the weight loss injections. Phentermine is a medically prescribed diet medication which itâs side effects is exactly like (meth) just in a pill form which by the way phentermine has the amphetamine ingredient which thatâs part of what is in meth. I dropped the weight too fast, had a lot of collapsing episodes at the gym and passed out, dehydrated, appetite was cut out so badly to where I wouldnât eat for days or weeks
