A fired bullet would be going to fast to change direction if he had enough time to lay back and turn his head. Also, a shot to the forehead more than likely wouldn’t allow the bullet to turn and go down, the skull is too thick. Most headshots result in the round going either left or right, and usually up.
No, I just know guns and bullets quite well.
Not to mention, a bullet entering through the forehead is in the wrong place to go behind the eye and towards the jaw, we’re talking a few inches of space for the bullet to turn almost 90 degrees. Not even a .22LR can do that
