They've been really good about answering stuff
I always get responses when I send them emails now
I think they were responding before but I just wasn't checking my spam folder LOL so I just didn't realize that they were going to spam. Once I figured that out I started getting all the responses LOL

Yeah in general I usually advocate for people too contact them and give feedback. They do listen
I just didn't want to email them until I really understood believe what was happening
It's not great what they're doing but I think it would also help if they may be had some kind of disclaimer for people so at least people understood that what they post would be visible

Ideally, a platform like this should have EVERYTHING behind a login.
I mean when you think about it a lot of online apps expose information. People just don't like to read the fine print but usually it's there.

That's really a safety thing and also helps with the tracking
Because you can't report someone who isn't on the app
I went to another popular chat app, and when I tried to see the rooms it said ‘login or create an account to enter’
If private rooms are safe I would just restrict more chat to those areas for now
I don't really say much in the public rooms anymore anyway
There are enough creepy lurkers on the app as it is LOL

Oh yeah I haven't checked the profile thing yet. Only the room data. And it's weird because some of the rooms are in real time but others are not
