My neighbor sorts all his trash recycling everything possible and last week aoil we'll cause fire and the black smoke was pouring out for days and oil was everywhere it's like all his hard work ment nothing

Yes we have that also so there are 3 big trucks making the same route that one used to and all 3 are blowing out black smoke everything they start and stop I wish it made a difference but I really don't think it is
