Who here has gotten surgery? I'm getting big one on Thursday

Bad car accident a few years ago caused my heart to stop 3 times which caused scar tissue to build up They got me back obviously but now have to do surgery to remove the scar tissue

For sure. Definitely not looking forward to open heart but I'm in good shape so my doc isn't too worried

Right, my doc also said because I'm fit it will be more painful cuz it involves cutting my chest muscles, he basically said I would be better off if I didnt work out from a pain-recovery standpoint
