That’s why it’s a dejavu moment
The only “dreams” I remember are my night terrors because it’s the same thing every time.
Did you know your dreams only last 4 minutes? They don’t last all night like you think.
Me falling. Like that feeling when you’re sleeping and you feel like you’re falling out of bed. But it’s constant. And I can’t wake myself up.
The average dream lasts 4 minutes. The longest they’ll last is 30 minutes. Even though your dreams may be connected, each individual dream only lasts a few minutes

I started studying just my own because mine were night terrors and I didn’t know that.
So I started digging more and more into dreams, nightmares and night terrors.
Night terrors you can actually die from.
I do it on my own time. But I do studies at hospitals, look at brain scans being done, etc.
No lol. It’s just a hobby
I got into it because of the fucked up dreams I’ve had in my life lol
My brain doesn’t function normally 🙃
A lot of mine have been from childhood trauma.
