I’m not sure depression is something you “beat” once and for all. It’s a process where welearn new ways to cope and enjoy life and thrive but have to be vigilant

It’s my birthday. Which I’ve never enjoyed celebrating. I just ordered a pizza and feel guilty about it when I should be eating better.

I’m frustrated. I’m making and sticking to many lifestyle changes that should be for the better, I’m working harder than ever at work, I’ve cut out most distractions from my life. Yet I’m more miserable than ever.

The problem is I work with kids. Certainly my bosses don’t care. But the students do.

Maybe. Though most of the time they just made me feel guilty and unfulfilled after. Like games or chess. No real point
