If you want to loose belly fat, stop eating junk food. If the ingredients on your food have more syllables then nutrients, throw it away. Eat meat, some vegetables, drink water and healthy stuff, it’s of to eat fatty foods, just not everyday. Go on a run. Lift barbells. Do sit-ups and pushups. That’s how you lose belly fat.

Another thing when trying to eat healthy, never call a plant based steak, or a cauliflower steak a steak. Because it’s not. That’s fake food.

Just go to the bathroom, and look between your legs if you’re confused about gender.
