I find it funny when people tell me I should get into a positive addiction like the gym. Once you start you'll feel great and you love it. It'll be like crack and you won't be able to stop. Let me tell you, I've quit smoking, and quiting the gym won't be any problem whatsoever. I tried that gym crap and it hurt me more than anything

Plus, you’ll need a lot of self motivation and energy for that. It’s not a bad idea. But it does help a lot when you find the motivation to go and workout to maintain your health while you relieve the negative energy you have that’s all built up. So do what’s right for you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
