Confession : I love when I get compliments or told that I’m attractive or have a nice body bc that’s always been my insecure is the way I see my own body and many tell me petite is preferred and always makes my day when someone asks if I work out bc I really don’t see myself as that fit for being small framed and lose weight easily but I’m so lucky to have some curves and should not be hard on myself

Confession: I worry too much usually for no reason so I always try to do something else to keep my mind preoccupied and not focusing on falsethoughts . let your guard down again to fall in love and be close to someone . Trust is hard , love is great but it’s also pain. It’s trusting and understanding, it does not cause harm . Your mind will tho. If you allow it to control your view of reality. Trauma will try to make you believe your fears and not ever let you be at ease .
