I base my knowledge off of what I’m able to physically observe firsthand, multiple times without fail. I have experienced being alive, and have observed that multiple times. Therefore, to some degree, I must exist. I can’t speak for everything I come across, (who knows, we may be aliens playing a VR headset), but I’m at least aware of my own consciousness.
