Lots of hot liquids into you and lemon honey and ginger and don’t laugh but start eating the garlic it’s amazing for helping move the flu and all illness really

Also as random as this one is ( Irish old wife’s tales) but sliced onion in your socks at bed time or on your bedside table is also for removing the bacteria in the air

Yeah get the hot lemon, honey and ginger into you

If you can eat them raw yeah, but I candy and pickle mine also add it to all my meals

I boil mine for 5 mins to stop it going blue and then boil for 10 minsin honey with onion and chilli makes the most amazing honey for everything and it’s good for you so win win

I also add in thyme and some rosemary I could send you the recipe if you want

Na am awkward lol 😂 when I know you and come out of my shell you can’t shut me up but untill then am the awkward girl at the back trying to drink and melt into the wall lol, when we were younger are mum used to read us the “riot” act as me and my sister called it, my sister was always told “don’t talk to stranger, don’t eat anything don’t touch anything and don’t ask for the bathroom” I was only ever told to talk back to people who talked to me lol

But mum had told us not to talk ti “strangers” and I don’t know who the person talking to me is so why should I reply lol 😂

Haha if I go out and get drink I tend to make bad decisions and then have to deal with the next day lol 😂

Haha my problem is not self control my problem is after I have drank more than I bank account like I lisen to the ideas in my head and either get my self lost (we have gps for this reason) or I follow thur with ideas like let’s get a dog or a tattoo or I even bought a holiday one time
