My gynecologist just told me soy should be absolutely avoided because it supposedly causes cancer, something many doctors are adamant about. I always thought phytoestrogens in soy were protective against breast cancer, but apparently, oncologists advise their patients against it. I don't have this condition, but it's surprising to hear, especially since others have confirmed oncologists generally advise against soy for cancer patients... probably because of the hormones and other factors
Ye, but people who had breast cancer are told to know consume soy...
Idk... everything is a little bit controversial
I will skip soy milk for sure
Anyways I will definitely read more about this topic
Because I'm a real fan of smoked tofu and tempeh 😔
>>> the soy myth i thought was debunked in the...
It's not a myth
And I'm not talking sht about veganism. It's just soy which is a little bit tricky
Yes but I trust more oncologists rather than opinion online
Doctors know way more than nutritionists. The point is that more people who had cancer are told not to eat soy products. They're all different doctors, they don't know each others and so these people... so, there must be a reason
But hey, eat your soy everyday whatever
>>> Anyone wanna rate my girlfriend she’s preg...
Lmao perfect timing bro
It's about soy in the body
And you may see it after years. What I'm saying It's to not overconsume it
Maybe it's not true what they have seen, but at least you were cautious
