Hi, I have a question. I figure there’s gotta be at least one person in here who can answer this. I’ve got a client I’ve had in past they have a 28 year old retired horse. He’s got thick fur and winter coat on him. The barn though feels colder than outside and it’s like 8 degrees outside. Like even his water buckets are freezing. Is it too cold for him?
