I believe my correct view on this has been clearly documented, nothing wrong with the taste but it is still a vegetable.
it grows from an edible seed, you have to remove leaves before eating it, you can control the growth via lighting and it still moves when you cut the head off proving it is not a sentinal being just a higher order vegetable.
