Yeah I just had turkey sandwiches. I was surprised they have board head meat in stock with the recall

I like their pepperoni I haven't had salami yet. I just do their lower sodium turkey cuz one it has less carbs less sodium and that's what I'm trying to eat healthier cuz my diabetes

If you Go to trader Joe's they have asparagus french fries they're actually pretty healthy

And they're pretty good

But also Colt take fresh asparagus clean it rinse it you know put it into a colander and then with olive oil or avocado oil whatever you like I like avocado oil

Sprinkle the oil over them as you shake them into colander over the sink and then get onion powder garlic powder smoked paprika salt pepper and I do a little bit of cayenne pepper and mix all that together in a bowl and then sprinkle that over the asparagus eyes are still shaking them in the colander and then put those on a cookie sheet and put them in the oven for 425 for I think it's like 8 minutes they come out really soft and really good flavor

Avocado oil is actually better

With all the seasonings Cole it'll add more flavor
