Can someone give me relationship advice here?

I have trauma from my partner talking abt the girl he tried to go after..he talked abt her for 6 months

And now i get so enraged whenever i remember it it makes me lash out on him 2 years later

he talked abt her constantly when we werent official yet

I cant stop looking at her instaa and comparing myself to her it makes me so mad that I had to be put in this position

Not directly but shes exactly her type short skinny asian and it makes me so mad that im even in this position comparing myself

He was very descriptive of her creepily describing her as tiny cute and she is such a pick me too

And he would stare at other girls while were together girls who are that type

i cant bc of the trauma

Can someone give me some advice pls
