While i dont agree with everything said, some points are accurate
The knowing oneās self partā¦ i think depending on how you were raised. Some families push for inner self awareness
But the longer self-awareness has been cultivated in oneās self. Knowing yourself is a more fluid process
Here is where i disagreed

See i found that statement triggering which for me is good data to better know myself.
But coming back to my statement put simply self awareness brings true self knowing. Im my opinion.

Self-awareness is something you never get done and certainly never get it right cuz evolution is continuous
