Homemade pesto

Fairly sure that was wild garlic pesto

Where I live there’s a type of leafy garlic that grows in spring

Pesto is like an Italian herb dip… kinda. It basil. Garlic. Parmesan. And olive oil. Ground into a thick sauce you can mix with pasta

And if your like me you even try to grow the basil yourself

Pesto is so good. You should try it

It was more that the “bakery” in the supermarket wasn’t done with there’s. And then I went down and looked at the price of the premade dough and… it’s a lot cheaper. And I have the time
