Lol it’s actually a plant from the genus Ariocarpus.

I didn’t know succulents produced pollen like that

I know it looks like it, but it’s actually not pollen or tricomes. It’s actually fuzz, and on more mature specimens it. It’s even more prominent. It’s basically a way of protecting the plant from sun.
