I've made them at home before
Not really but the rice paper can get really sticky and be difficult to work with
I mean you just have to prepare everything ahead of time make up your sauce and have your ingredients ready and then soak the dry rice paper before you wr*p stuff
And you really have to eat them right away because they don't store well they will try out quickly
