How do I grow my ass fatter 📝🧐
I do like RDLs and squats etc, but I only ever feel them in my quads and it’s driving me crazy. It’s gotta be my form or something
I do the stuff, I just am starting to think I’m quad dominant 😭😭
Full depth I still fell quads 😭😭
I may just go for it and get a personal trainer. Just to improve my form and make sure it’s not user error
Best part of being quad dominant is being able to crush consecutive boys to death with my thighs 💅🏽
