I made my trainee cry today, but that’s not near as exciting as exciting as that

I had no paperwork so I was free with all my work

The domestic paperwork sucks and so do crash reports but other then that I’ll happily do booking work

No no tears are good, do tell

I already have my cookies to listen to the gossip

Basically told her she was 💩 bc she’s a huge safety risk and I got tired of repeating myself over and over. I literally had 3 word documents just from today to go with her paperwork.

We sat in an office for about an hour discussing this and she was crying

How bad was she with officer safety

I already have problems sleeping at night so I don’t want part of it to be bc she got someone deleted bc of being care less.

How long has she been in the program

Did she decide to quit yet?

Not asking about weapons, not getting right locations (even though she has resources in front of her), no descriptions of people. She’s having to call back every person just about.

Damn

She’s going into remedial Monday and someone else’s problem then.

After 2 weeks of she doesn’t get to together, she’s fired

what was she doing to put her at risk and other people

I don’t know where they find these people to work with us

I’m in dispatch but she’s been a big officer safety issue. They won’t even allow her on a radio yet.

I’m lucky enough that I’m not being graded yet all the ftos are backed up so I’m just riding with my partner and he’s just teaching me and having me do hands on stuff and I’ll take that leg up before I start getting graded

I started on September 16th and that was in the middle of internal classes so I got to certify with my weapon my non lethal my taser and I did cqb

I always hate when it’s story swapping time because I forget like 90 percent of the stuff I’ve done
