I pretty much live off eggs, daily. I eat three or four eggs mixed with egg whites with cheese and a variety of different vegetables.
Chicken breast, you can bake it, shred it Etc.
The more protein you eat the more full you will feel throughout the day and then it'll equal you don't eat as much. One thing I've noticed is are you a fast eater?
Drink more water maybe around a gallon a day will be another way to keep you feeling full Don't worry you'll probably start off needing to go to the bathroom a lot but your body will adjust
Trying to come up with scenarios that make you slow down eating even if it's taking micro portions to where you keep having to get up and getting more it just gives you more time to you to figure out if you're feeling full or if you're bored eating
