They gave us a raise and then backhandedly said in the announcement that they were gracious enough to give us a raise we should at the very least show up to work like 🤷🏼‍♀️ hire better people it’s not the good employees faults

I been thinking I might look for a new company

Not that’s I super mind the one I work for, but they’re like super pushy about me being part time

Like they constantly ask me to pick up outside of my availability

I sent them an email yesterday and all that was suggested to me was “silencing the work messages when i don’t anticipate picking up shifts”

It happens like 2-5 times a day sometimes and callsvms if I don’t respond in time to them

It’s almost harassment 😂

My therapist asked that I “adjust my mental gaze” and maybe they’re just trying to do their jobs too 🙄

She didn’t understand lol

Most the time she’s with me but today she told me to just let it go 🧘🏼‍♀️ annoying lol
