Bunnies are cute. I got friendly kinda with a wild rabbit years ago that would have her litters in my yard almost got her to come into my house one night in winter but i think she smelled my cat. Otherwise i think she would have came in.

I put my cat in a crate when I tried to get that rabbit to come in my house

I had a bunny here that I was trying to feed, but it's difficult here, because I don't have any privacy and people can't see me feeding anything

They are not very wildlife friendly here😪

It was a pretty large wild bunny, though

Why do people care if you feed the wildlife?

Well technically because I might be out there feeding peanut butter and honey to a deer and it may make them sick

Just using random examples obviously

And the other reason is because they try to keep us from domesticating wild animals so that they're not trying to hang around the humans

No, they don't care about the wildlife here. What they care about is not wanting to attract them and not having food out there

It's not about the well being of the bunnies l o l

There's no privacy here and I don't trust the neighbors.Not to report things if I feed anything, so I don't feed anything anymore

Is it illegal to feed wildlife where you are?

I don't think so. Because people have birds, feeders and stuff, and they feed the squirrels in their yards. I mean, I used to feed critters years ago and never had a problem with it.But maybe the laws have changed since then. I was living in a different part of the state then

They seem to have an increasing rodent problem here now.So I can understand why leaving food out would be discouraged
