Mom asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I texted her earmuffs, my favorite chocolate. She gets me earmuffs I didn’t want that are too small and she annoyed that they don’t fit me, and chocolates I don’t like. Then while we’re opening presents she says “oh I forgot another present for you in the car. I’ll get it tomorrow or the next day.” I’m 40 and got upset. Am I a brat or is she inconsiderate?
