War is brutal

I had partial arm paralysis after a bad dislocation, acupuncture healed most of it, but after the third violent removal of my arm from socket it was done. Had shoulder surgery Dec 11th

Still in physical therapy

Yeah eight week recovery and I an a one sided T-rex still🤣🤣🤣

Mobility is coming back slowly, and I have new ligaments and a new rotator cuff
