I’m nat. Blonde & recently bleached my brows + some pieces in the front & cut like 7in off my hair

But everything needed to be toned ya knoww?

So I’m leaning into the vibe & im bleaching the underneath of hair and trying to go WHITE

it’ll prob be blueish for a couple days tho

It’s a weird terminology. Toner & coloring can coincide but also I would say that toner is more meant to combat colors in hair that you don’t want to achieve the color of hair you want where coloring is more of a true dye… idk if that makes sense??😂
