I do HVAC but I’m finding that when it comes to the trades there aren’t any honest companies out there anymore and when you are an honest person it’s hard to work for them

But being that I went to school for that I feel like I’m stuck doing it unless I go to school and spend more money for something else

I have been slowly working on starting my own gig. Just a pain to juggle that with family and making the money at my current job to be able to start one
