so that would force the hacker to use a vpn
and that's not that reliable

you try as a non Algerian to access a governmental Algerian website
which would first an attacker to take an extra step of impersonating an Algerian IP
the way I see it ofc, not that my specialty is networks 😕

but nothing is safe on the net
except ifyou are insignificant
and I don't know if they do it on purpose
but they can exploit emotions
and get you fugged when you at your lowest
because of the things that got you at your lowest
the obvious things that appeal to humanity
but the scammer's only objective is money most of the time
