I hate that I can’t be happy that I get this feeling of guilt this feeling that I’m not enough, that I am worthless. Honestly I feel like ending it often and I can’t shake the feeling that this will never get better no matter how much I go to therapy. 2 years and I still fell like this. Are this thought ever gonna change ?

6 years are a lot of minutes
