We both went to the doctor and she’s good but I have a really low sperm count but the doctor said we might have a baby someday if we keep trying so that’s what I’m doing

Have you thought maybe that one happen because you may have zero sperm count? Have you tested? Not to dig you out bro, but if you are zero there is no chance
Do you drink or smoke? Change your diet …partake in exercises and make sure you focus on the days she’s really ovulating. Make sure your also in a good mental health space and don’t overwhelm yourself with pressure
Go to a fertility Dr and try to find the cause if not view your options
