Have stuff figured out in my head but seems so far away when I think about month after month of working

We living one long life fr but they made up time and days of the week so it makes things seem far when really we just live one long life but sleep and wake whenever the sun or moon does
So I should stop being a loser and ride my mountain bike to work if I have to right now?
