Umm… I’m doing alright, thx. Therapist just left. Getting a lot more mobility

The swelling just needs to subside

3 more house calls. Then I have outpatient to do

I have my first post op appt tomorrow

Not so much pain. But, it’s more discomfort because of the swelling.

I’m trying. Can’t push it too hard just yet

I can’t wait until I can actually get on a stairmaster and an elliptical to really start strengthening everything up
