My therapist listens and provides ideas and solutions to my problems and if I can’t pay, he sees me for free
If anything, in the very least, is an unbiased listener while I just talk for an hour 🤷🏻♀️
But like I meet with him in person it’s not AI
I think everyone could use therapy. Even if you’re well adjusted 🤷🏻♀️

I never expected to be fixed. I just carry a lot of trauma. It’s nice to talk with someone about, without judgement.
Maybe you just haven’t found the right the right therapist. Took me til the third try to find one I liked.
