it is better to be online, try to connect with people, ask for help, support than to be alone. But such comments from others make feel even worse and blame for trying to socialize, that it is better to be alone. I wish you never get into that situation.

Sometimes a good talk with someone who’s not close to you is better than be alone. Sometimes to find someone who can listen is all what people need.
