i was first diagnosed with anaemia 2 years ago my blood level was dangerously low at 25 my platelets were only 32.000 instead of around 450’000

i was in hospital for nearly 3 months then , the last 5 weeks were on a rehab ward where i basically had to learn to walk again

this time i was suffering with severe shortness of breath and if i tried to do anything i could hardly breath , but the b12 injections and the folic acid tablets helped , im also low in vitamin D

Eat pomegranate everyday

least i’m not low on iron this time

i just need to keep working hard like before
