That's good haha, I'm ok. Havin a bit of a bad day but I think I have the energy to make it better so yeah lol

Ah, just some bad feelings creeping up about myself. That and I didn't sleep well last night

I just feel old, tired, and undesirable sometimes. I wish I was like, 21 again lol

But, I know that if I just get better sleeping habits, eat better, and exercise more often, I'll feel better. So it's really my own fault lol

Well, you're right in a way, but I also think if one is constantly complaining about their problem without ever trying to figure out a way to solve it, that's not good. I don't think I fall into that category though. Atleast I know what I need to do but some people don't even try to think about what they need to do

I feel like there are 5 stages of solving a problem: 1. Acknowledging you have a problem. 2. Thinking of ways to solve it/asking for advice. 3. Coming up with a plan of attack. 4. Executing the plan. 5. Evaluate and make adjustments based on what you learned from the experience.

I'm on stage 3 I think

I've thought of ways to solve my problem but I need to come up with a plan that makes sense
