Multiple generations of reserved public behaviour being reinforced

A prime example is turning your phone off in the train... They call that Manner Mode...not silent mode.

IE Have some manners and turn your phone off... Don't talk and be social in public....

But, in the right environment - parks, eateries etc, go wild!

No stereotype is ever 100% accurate for all, do doing go there expecting everything will be reserved everywhere etc
